It is designed to handle the data from both fixed or portable accelerometers and other sensors such as proximity probes, speed sensors and tachometers. The CMXA 70 GX-M unit is an easy-to-use single-channel unit that is capable of accepting up to 8 input channels. It utilizes a well proven graphical User interface, making it very user friendly. Additionally, the unit is supplied with data collection, display and diagnostic tools such FMECA for root cause analysis or bearing monitoring and a sophisticated real-time portlet. These features provide an intuitive approach to help generate fast and accurate information about machinery condition.
The device is powered by a fast Intel i7 processor, which ensures fast response and high data acquisition rates. In addition, the unit is also equipped with a powerful Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) which allows complex operations to be conducted quickly and efficiently. It also includes a variety of features such as the CMXA 70 GX-M FFT/PSD, Motor Health Monitoring, Failure Prognosen, Universal Interface Modules, Profile Comparison for asset database and more. Additionally, the CMXA 70 GX-M is supplied with a wide range of peripherals such as Bluetooth, 2D/DSO/PMR pro-data and a removable hard disk for data storage. The unit includes a range of pre-defined SKF Motor Health monitoring programs, such as Fan/Motor Efficiency, Motor Startup Analysis, Bearing Faults and Fan/Motor Health analysis. Furthermore, the unit is supplied with a wide range of vibration acquisition instruments and transducers such as accelerometers, microphones, displacement and velocity sensors. Finally, Microlog CMXA 70 GX-M also includes a variety of useful options and software such as an integrated Maintenance Software, alarming and vibration analysis software and automated report generation. Additionally, the unit includes the ability to create and analyze custom test signals via the Advanced User Mode, which allows the user to create tests to suit their specific application.
