Data Acquisition Time
The VA4 Pro analyser with built-in high speed chips approach the job with much more advanced concept. For every individual Parameter created in the instrument memory; the internal virtual analyser will set the instrument to store the single input signal into DSP board and perform required data acquisition internally; it means that the total required time is not equal the sum of all individual times, but it is equal the time required for the single longest parameter – base on previous example – it will be only 8 seconds.
That means – with the triaxial sensors, the VA4 Pro can collect all the parameters in 3 axes for only 8 seconds against the 96 seconds required of a single channel analyser to measure in 3 axes!
This 12 times* in time saving means that there is no time lag and phase angle between the first and last measured parameter as they are using the same input signal, this also especially important to provide simultaneous results in 3 axes during trouble-shooting mode.
Note:
12 times in time saving when compared against conventional instrument using single sensor, 4 times in time saving when compared against conventional instrument using a triaxial sensor
The larger number of parameter utilised in the instrument, the higher is the percentage in time saving.

The instrument is equipped with an expert system that automatically detects machinery defects and the ACMT – low speed bearing analysis; both developed by Adash.
The instrument can perform simultaneous data acquisition with 4 channels AC (vibration), 4 channels DC (process values) and tachometer using the optional BNC breakout box.
Use multitasking tool in order to analyse your machinery. Analyse your data on site and enjoy the big screen size for playing with variable cursors, bearing fault frequencies indication and FFTs in cascade. Touchscreen and keyboard is at your service whenever you need it.

USED SKF CMXA80 Microlog Analyzer AX Data Collector (CMXA80)
SKF Microlog Analyzer AX series
The SKF Microlog AX facilitates easier, more powerful condition monitoring by analyzing vibration signals and process variables using four channel non-route measurements and one or two plane static or dynamic couple balancing applications over a range of 0,16 Hz to 80 kHz (10 to 4 800 000 CPM). Bearing assessments are carried out using the industry proven SKF Acceleration Enveloping (gE) technology. The SKF Microlog AX utilizes the latest advances in analog and digital electronics, including digital signal processing (DSP) and high resolution sigma-delta A/D converters, to provide both speed and accuracy in the data collection process.
Modular approach offers seamless expansion
The modular design of the SKF Microlog AX series offers customers the option to upgrade and expand functionality without having to buy another instrument. Accessories are inter-changeable between models. The SKF Microlog AX is shipped with the full SKF Microlog suite of modules installed. To add additional functionality, units can be upgraded to more advanced models, simply purchase the module and enter the supplied license key.
SKF Microlog AX-M includes multiple routes, and non-route data collection, four channel FFT analysis, three channel simultane- ous triax and the Balancing module.
Additional features are added to create the SKF Microlog AX-F model, which includes all modules. The SKF Microlog AX-M can also be upgraded to any of the other modules including Run up Coast down module that is used to record and analyze data from machines where noise or vibration levels are changing with speed or time, and the Frequency Response Function (FRF) module, which uses a modal hammer to establish the properties of mechanical structures.

Automatic Switchbox
The high-reliability solution for routes
High-quality data is critical to the success of your reliability-based maintenance program (RbM). However, many factors can significantly impact data quality.
Vibration readings of route-based data collection must be measured at exactly the same location every time. Measurements have to be performed quickly in order to save time and even untrained staff may have to collect data.
Last but not least, how can you make hard-to-reach measurement locations part of your reliability program without exposing employees to safety hazards during data collection?
PRUFTECHNIK’s Automatic Switchbox for VIBXPERT II is exactly the right solution. Compared to a standard switchbox whereby operators still may mix up measurement channels as they have to manually “turn the knob”, the proven Automatic Switchbox solution rules out human errors.
PRUFTECHNIK’s unique concept guarantees:
Maximum reliability of vibration data
Maximum efficiency – never has routine data collection been this short
Maximum security for operators
Maximum coverage - unlimited cable length with PRUFTECHNIK’s unique sensor concept.

The VIBXPERT II from PRUFTECHNIK is the mobile power package for fast and reliable recording and analysis of machine condition data. After a very short measuring time, the current machine status data is shown on the color display. The maintenance expert can analyze the data on site. From the recorded machine condition data, all values can be read from the various characteristic value modes that are important for an exact machine condition analysis. The device is used directly on site at the machine, from the machine hall to the diesel generator of an oil tanker or from a bucket excavator to a hydroelectric turbine.
